AMC's efforts to enhance the patient experience through quality improvement has not gone unnoticed. Following is one example of how our mission to improve quality has generated success.

Dear Chandler,
I would like to extend my congratulations to you and the staff of Adirondack Medical Center for achieving an outstanding 100 percent of the 2008 quality goals established by Excellus BlueCross BlueShield's Hospital Performance Incentive Program. Adirondack Medical Center's dedication to improving the quality of health care in our community is not only commendable, but serves as a tremendous example for all.
