Cardiology Practice Expands to AMC

     SARANAC LAKE - Effective immediately, Champlain Valley Cardiology, PC, is offering an extension of its services once a week at Adirondack Medical Center.
     Dr. Timothy J. Garrand and Dr. William A. Bradley will be available on Wednesdays to see outpatient cardiology consultations on the second floor of the Redfield Medical Office Building in Suite 2. Their services involve consultative, diagnostic, and interventional cardiology. To schedule an appointment, call (518) 562-7990.
     "Our extension into the region reflects our desire and commitment to strengthen the relationship between the physicians and patients in your area and our practice," the doctors noted in recent correspondence introducing themselves to area physicians. "We hope our relationship will continue to grow stronger with the addition of this service."
      Dr. Garrand, an Interventional Cardiologist who grew up in Mooers and has family in Clinton County, announced in 2002 that he was relocating back to the area from North Carolina. Dr. Garrand has assisted CVPH Medical Center in developing its interventional cardiology program while practicing part-time at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany. He received his undergraduate degree at St. Lawrence University, attended medical school at John Hopkins School of Medicine, and completed his post-doctoral training at Yale University and Washington Hospital Center. Dr. Garrand is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology and he is the Medical Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Medical Director of Interventional Cardiology at CVPH Medical Center.
     Dr. Bradley is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine. His residency in Internal Medicine was completed at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and his Cardiology Fellowship was done at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Internal Medicine as well as Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Bradley is a Fellow of The American College of Cardiology and he has been part of the Champlain Valley Cardiology, PC team since April of 2006.  Prior to that he was the Director of The Cardiac Cath Lab at The New England Heart Institute in Manchester New Hampshire.
