AMC Welcomes First Baby of the Decade

SARANAC LAKE - Adirondack Medical Center welcomed the first baby of the year and decade at 8 a.m. on Sunday, January 3, 2010.

A girl, Fiona, was born to Jenn and Dave Webb of Lake Placid, and weighed in at an even seven pounds and measured 19 and one-half inches long.  She joins a brother, Zach, 3, at home.

To mark the occasion the happy family was presented with a gift basket containing a piggy bank, scented candles and pillow.

Congratulations and best wishes to the Webbs and their new bundle of joy!
