AMC Welcomes First Baby of 2007

     SARANAC LAKE -  At 7:20 p.m., January 2, Adirondack Medical Center welcomed the first baby of 2007.
     Gavin Michael Smith was born to parents Tiffany Heath and Matthew Smith, of Saranac Lake. Gavin weighed in at 6 pounds, 7 ounces, and measured 19.5 inches long. It is their first child.
     To mark the occasion, AMC Volunteer Louise Harris presented a gift basket containing a stuffed animal, baby bib, hat and rattle, as well as chocolates and a "Heaven Scent" candle for mom and dad.
     Congratulations and best wishes to Matthew and Tiffany on their new bundle of joy!
