AMC Welcomes Dr. Adam Abodeely to its Medical Staff

SARANAC LAKE - Adirondack Medical Center is proud to welcome to its Medical Staff, Adam Abodeely, M.D., a Fellowship trained Colorectal Surgeon. 

Dr. Adam Abodeely, who is also a board certified General Surgeon, is joining the Adirondack Surgical Group, and will begin seeing patients in early to mid July.

Dr. Abodeely earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Siena College, and his Medical Degree from Loyola University, Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago in 2004.  He completed his internship and residency in General Surgery through Brown University at Rhode Island Hospital.  In 2010, Dr. Abodeely completed a year-long Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery at the Rhode Island Colorectal Clinic.

Dr. Abodeely and his wife, Gina, who is an attorney, reside in Saranac Lake.  They specifically chose the Tri-Lakes region for its quality of life and abundance of outdoor activities.  Their hobbies include running, hiking, boating, alpine and cross-country skiing.
