AMC Employees Honored for Years of Service

SARANAC LAKE – Nearly 150 employees of Adirondack Medical Center were lauded for their years of service as part of National Health Care Week Celebrations held in May.
The evening reception was held at the Crowne Plaza in Lake Placid. Each of the recognized employees received a certificate for years of services ranging from five to 40. Etta Collins was the evening’s longevity leader, and received a hand-crafted Adirondack Medical Center rocking chair for her 40 years of service, while Ria Bombard, Bonnie Rosenbarker, Mia Ross, and Alonna Willette each received an Adirondack chair and ottoman for their 35 years of service. Both gifts are emblematic of the hard work and dedication these employees bring to the job each and every day at AMC, serving as both role models for their fellow employees and the community.
In addition to hospitals in Lake Placid and Saranac Lake, AMC operates health centers in Keene, Lake Placid and Tupper Lake, and skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Lake Placid and Tupper Lake.
