After dinner, Dr. Savard presented her keynote address, entitled "Shape-Shifting Through Time: Dr. Marie's Waist Management Wellness Program for Women (and Men) of All Ages."

Breakout sessions included:

"How Did We Get so Lost?" presented by Kari Fitzsimmons from Adirondack Health's Physical Therapy Department, looks at how to avoid the couch potato syndrome, get active, reduce excuses and stay motivated as you learn small changes for big payoffs in habits, activity level and attitude for a healthier life.
