Guest Chef Series @ Taste Bistro, Mirror Lake Inn

Wednesday, February 8th beginning at 5:30 p.m., Chandler Ralph, Adirondack Health's CEO, her husband, David Aldrich, and Hannah Hanford, AH Foundation's Executive Director, are the guest chefs at the Guest Chef Series at Taste Bistro at Mirror Lake Inn.

The menu will feature recipes from Adirondack Health's newly released Centennial Cookbook as follows:
White Bean Kale Soup
Almond Crusted Chicken Breast with Cider Cream Sauce
Fingerling Potatoes
Brussel Sprouts with Caraway Seeds and Bacon
Cranberry Walnut Pie

The Centennial Cookbook will also be on sale at the event for $25.00.
