Athletic Training

Certified athletic trainers are medical professionals who specialize in the prevention, assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries that result from sports and other physical activities. As part of a complete health care team at AMC, athletic trainers work under the direction of a doctor and in cooperation with other health care professionals such as physical and occupational therapists.
