Initial polysomnographic testing is conducted by our experienced staff to detect a variety of sleep disorders. Follow-up treatment of CPAP/BiPAP titration is also performed.
Your good night's sleep is our goal. A chronic lack of good refreshing sleep can result in problems concentrating, dozing while reading, driving or watching T.V., grumpiness, lack of energy and health problems. If you suffer from these symptoms, fill out the Epworth Sleepiness Scale below and print a copy for your doctor. If a sleep study is right for you, we are your friendly community experts that can help you get the sleep you need.

THE EPWORTH SLEEPINESS SCALE
The Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) is a simple, self-administered questionnaire that is widely used by sleep professionals to help quantify a patient's level of daytime sleepiness, which is often a sign of a sleep disorder.
How likely are you to doze off or fall asleep in certain situations? Use the following scale to rate your daytime sleepiness. Even if you have not done some of these activities, try to determine how they might affect you.
Use the scale below to rate your answers:
